Superior category extra virgin olive oil Terre Mariotti. Obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

The olives, hand harvested to preserve their integrity and safeguard the health of the centuries-old plants, are immediately pressed through a cold mechanical process, characterized by innovative technologies that allow constant temperature control, which ends with the filtration of the product and with the reuse of vegetable waste directly in the field, as a soil improver, in a cycle that is completely closed in compliance with the rules of environmental protection. Rich in natural antioxidants, which contribute to its slightly bitter and spicy taste, organic Terre Mariotti DOP is a perfect synthesis of earth, health and food.
